The protestor that had been 'occupying' a sycamore tree in Bonn Square climbed down today. Protestors mad a last ditch attempt to prevent the tree's removal by Oxford City Parks by charging the perimeter fence. It is understood that one man was arrested for aggravated trespass. As for our memo writing services, we offer an opportunity to order new projects to be finished a short amount of time.
Warc councillor Paul Austin Sargent said, "I feel the protest was hollow as there was very little opposition to the felling of the trees when the application came before Central, South & West Area Committee for planning approval. I was the only member of the committee that opposed the application and the felling of the trees, as I felt that it would have been good to spend money on properly policing and maintaining Bonn Square rather than demolishing it and spending over £1,000,000 in the process. Trees are a valuable resource in the City Centre. I fear that we will regret the loss of these mature trees in Bonn Square."
